You can use LLMs such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, and DeepSeek. I like Gemini and ChatGPT for this purpose.

Caution: You have to decide your boundary while finding related keywords. You can’t rely on these AI models blindly. You just have to ask them:

“Generate high-commercial-intent related keywords for: children’s dentist, pediatric dentist. Include booking, local, treatment, and problem-based search terms.”

You will get a list of keywords. Now you have to analyze them manually. Make a separate list of keywords that are most relevant to your service.

Validating Keywords with Tools

Next, copy these keywords and check their search volume. You can use Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or the Keyword Everywhere tool.

Now you have related keywords and their volume. Decide on the basis of volume where you have to target these keywords.
